Tibetan milk mushroom was accidentally discovered by monks of one of the many monasteries. They noticed that in the same dish turns out different properties of yogurt. On one of the samples, a substance resembling grains of rice is formed from above. So was obtained Tibetan milk mushroom, the existence and use of which has long been kept secret.
Amaranth is home to South America. The plant was widely used by Indians in food and for the treatment of various diseases. In our country today amaranth is grown mainly for decorative purposes. Nevertheless, it contains in its structure a variety of substances useful to man, has healing properties.
