Recipes for pancakes and pastries, which you did not know

1. Chocolate
Ingredients for 4 servings:
flour — 1 tbsp .;
sugar — 3 tbsp. l .;
chicken egg — 1 pc .;
milk — 2 t .;
cocoa powder — 2 tbsp. l .;
salt — 1 pinch;
vanillin — 1 sachet;
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l
How to cook:
Flour, butter, egg, sugar, vanilla and salt, place in a deep bowl.
Heat the milk a little. Pour it into the bowl for the other ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly to make a smooth dough.
Add cocoa powder. Stir all ingredients until smooth. The finished dough should have the consistency of sour cream.
Pour some dough into a frying pan heated with oil, spread it evenly over the bottom. Pancakes need to be fried for 1.5 minutes on each side.
22. Cheese with dill
Composition (20 pcs.):
wheat flour — 2 tbsp .;
milk — 0.5 l;
cheese (durum) — 150 g;
chicken eggs — 2 pcs .;
sugar — 1 tsp;
crushed dill — 1-2 tbsp. l .;
salt — 1 pinch;
vegetable oil — 50 ml;
baking powder dough — 1 tsp.
Cooking process:
Prepare a deep bowl in which it is convenient to whip. Combine eggs, salt and granulated sugar in it. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
Pour the milk into the dough, add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Beat with a whisk or mixer until the mass is smooth.
On a fine grater, rub the cheese, enter it into the dough together with the chopped dill, mix thoroughly.
Pour the vegetable oil into the bowl (2 tbsp. L.). Mix all ingredients well again.
Heat pan with butter. Pour the dough with ladle, evenly distributing along the bottom in a circular motion.
Fry pancakes on both sides until a blush appears. Serve the ready dish with sour cream.
33. Vegetarian
Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):
flour — 0.3 kg;
sugar — 2 tbsp. l .;
sparkling mineral water — 500 ml;
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l .;
soda — ¼ tsp;
lemon juice — 1 tsp;
vanillin — 1 pinch;
salt — 1 pinch.
How to cook:
Combine mineral water, sugar and salt in a deep bowl. Pour flour, whisk until a homogeneous consistency.
Soda quench lemon juice, add to the dough with vanilla. Whisk stir vegetable oil.
Pour the finished dough with a ladle in a pre-heated pan. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
44. Air cheesecakes in the oven
Ingredients (for 5 servings):
cottage cheese — 100 g;
chicken eggs — 2 pcs .;
wheat flour — 5-6 tbsp. l .;
sour cream — 2-3 tbsp. l .;
sugar to taste;
Vanillin — 1 bag.
Cooking method:
Separate the egg whites from the yolk and whip into a thick dense foam. Add cottage cheese, sugar, vanillin. Mix well again with a mixer.
Add yolks, gradually (in parts) stir in the flour. The dough must have a viscous consistency.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, place the dough on the surface, using a tablespoon. Cheesecakes should be at a distance from each other.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake cheese cakes for 10-15 minutes. 3 minutes before the readiness, reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees, in a minute — turn it off.
Immediately after cooking, do not open the oven. Cheesecakes should cool down a little inside.
Serve the dish with sour cream or syrup.
